Flowzivo - The freelance back office that fits in one browser tab

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Mattia. I run a small accounting firm in Ticino, and for years I watched freelance clients hand me invoices made in Word, numbered by hand, with the VAT treatment guessed. Not because they were careless — because the tools were either an ERP they didn't need or a template that didn't know anything about cross-border rules. Flowzivo is my attempt at the missing middle. Invoices, quotes, clients, time tracking, expenses and e-signed contracts, in one page, with reverse-charge and multi-currency handled properly. This is our second launch. Since the first one I rebuilt most of the surface: the whole interface was redesigned, the mobile layout was rewritten (rows went from unreadable to actually usable one-handed), the app is now installable and works offline, receipts are compressed on the device before upload, and sync got a version guard so two devices can't silently overwrite each other. One decision I keep defending: you can use everything before signing up. Your data lives locally until you decide to create an account. It costs me conversions and I think it's the right trade.
