The new WhatsApp “Coexistence” feature lets users connect their existing WhatsApp Business App to the Cloud API without losing chats or switching accounts.
It means you can now use Flowbot to automate messages via the Cloud API, while still chatting manually in the WhatsApp Business App, both stay perfectly synced in real time.
We’re an official tech provider, so all setups are fully supported and synced between Business App and Cloud API.

Flowbot uses FlowAgent (AI workflow builder) + Flows (interactive pages inside WhatsApp), all running on the new Coexistence setup Meta just launched.
So teams can automate via Cloud API and still chat manually in the Business App, both stay synced.
