FLOW runs entirely client-side — no server, no account, no uploads. It parses 13 file formats natively in the browser, including MOBI/AZW via a hand-rolled PalmDOC decompressor, EPUB, PDF, DOCX, and Markdown. No competitor does that without a backend. The speed ramp engine uses a cubic ease-in curve (120→650 WPM) that mirrors how reading cognition actually works, paired with optical pivot highlighting on each word's focal letter.
