Built by Florida PEP families who needed a simpler way to manage the process.

Hey Product Hunt We built Florida PEP Tracker after seeing how many Florida PEP families were trying to manage reimbursements using spreadsheets, screenshots, folders, emails, and a lot of guesswork. The process gets stressful fast: • receipts everywhere • reimbursement deadlines • tracking multiple students • trying to remember what was submitted, approved, pending, or paid We wanted something simpler. Florida PEP Tracker helps families organize receipts, track reimbursement status, monitor deadlines, and keep everything in one place. One of the biggest goals was reducing stress and helping families stop losing track of reimbursement money. We also built tools to help families: • organize expenses by student • scan receipts with AI • get category suggestions for the Step Up portal • receive reminders before deadlines This has been built closely around real parent feedback from the Florida PEP community, and we’re continuing to improve it every week.
