Floot in ChatGPT - Build and publish real apps without leaving ChatGPT

by•
Floot is now a native app in your ChatGPT sidebar. Describe what you want, watch it build in a live preview inside the chat, and publish it with a real link. Database, logins and hosting are built in, and the AI runs on your ChatGPT plan.

Congrats on the launch!

Building directly inside ChatGPT with a live preview is amazing. Can we also deploy apps from here?

thank you Aleksandar! and yes — you publish straight from the chat and get a real live link, and you can push to the App Store and Google Play from there too

The live preview inside the chat is a nice addition. Being able to point at what needs changing while discussing it sounds like a much smoother workflow. Congrats on the launch!

thanks! you can click Select or Annotate right in the preview, point at the part you want changed and tell it what to fix. makes edits way faster

thank you! A lot of the other interaction got better too once floot can run natively in ChatGPT

Thanks Marianna! Pointing at the exact spot in the preview saves a lot of back and forth when describing changes.

thanks Marianna! pointing at the preview instead of describing things in words is honestly my favorite part of this release, hope you get to try it

Writing something like a booking page and getting a real hosted link in the same chat where I had the idea is the shortest path I have seen so far, and using the ChatGPT plan for the AI part is a nice touch.

"shortest path" is exactly what we were going for. did you build something already? would love to see it

 thank you!

Thanks Kareem! Getting from idea to live link without leaving the chat is the whole goal. Would love to see what you build.

thank you Kareem! idea and live link in the same chat was the whole bet, really glad it comes through 🙏

Congrats on the launch Yuj. Building the whole app from inside Claude or ChatGPT is a nice idea, I already do most of my planning in Claude so this fits how I work. One question from the agency side: if I build an app for a client this way and later they want to host it themselves, can I export the code and the database, or does it stay on Floot?
