Shopify, Woo, or something you own. What was the dealbreaker?
Curious what actually made you switch, or why you haven't.
The pattern I kept seeing:
Shopify feels finished, then the bill shows up. Plan, extra fees on sales, then apps for things that should be included.
WooCommerce is "yours," until you're maintaining 30 plugins that break on updates and fight each other at checkout.
Headless (Medusa, Saleor) is great if you already have a frontend team. Most people selling online do not.
FlexStore is my attempt at the third door: as complete as a hosted platform, but you own the store.
If you've run a shop on any of these, what was the moment you thought "I'm done"? Fees, plugins, a missing payment method, shipping, something else?
Not fishing for quotes. I want to know if I built the right scars into the product.
