Totally agree with a statement: "Complicated project management tools we’ve used at previous jobs — things like Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, etc", coming from a corporate background I can say that Jira is really reliable tool. But it lacks simplicity, and sometime learning curve to make simple things is just to high. In my opinion Flat will help to solve this problem. Congrats one more time 🎉
