Looks great! I would love to hear more about what sets you apart from and the WHY you built it.
Thanks! Check out for the why. I can't hope to compete with Discourse on features (yet!), but I think Flarum's elegance sets it apart. Out of the box, it's pretty, fast, easy to use, and works beautifully on mobile. And it's written in PHP, so is super easy to install – any low-end shared host will do.
Whoa. Flarum may be brilliant Forum software, but that's no reason to hunt it here for the 5th time! Check , , and .
Oops, didnt see that .Sorry!
Oops - sorry about all the times we've been hunted! Prior to our public beta launch a few hours ago, we didn't have much more than a landing page, FWIW :)
Can't blame you for being hunted repetitively :) It's impressive software. But Product Hunt needs to sort this out. When I post a hunt these days I need to check the future URL to see if a product has been hunted already or not. I usually check '', and '' first. And even then I'm missing hunts like 'Productname 2, or 5 or whatever the updated version is called.

You actually see it in a big red bar when you post something already be posted.
Beautiful forums. Wish reddit worked this nice...
I've been following the development of Flarum since long ago. Wish you best this looks truly awesome so far. We will probably move our forum system to this.
Agree, I did also hunt it just now, at same time, If I could I will remove it. Today finally they have a Beta version and I think they deserve to be featured ;)
I am taking it on a ride tonight! P.S. I will risk and put it in production if I like it.
Looks great! Had a quick look at Discourse, and have to say that I prefer your look more. User experience so much better than Reddit, which is a headache in itself.
Best forum UI for a forum i've seen since Vanilla forums back 5-7 years ago.
Stable is almost here!
