Built for property managers and maintenance teams. One photo of a maintenance problem in: what it is, how urgent it is (Emergency, Today, This week, Whenever), which trade to call, and what to tell the resident. Residents scan a QR sticker. No app.

Hi Hunters, I'm Ali. Russ and I built fixRAgent.
Some of you saw us here in April. Back then it was a do-it-yourself repair tool for homeowners. We've rebuilt it for a different person: the property manager.
By property managers, for property managers. We still fix things ourselves, and the repair was never the hard part. The first ten minutes were. A tenant's photo comes in at 11pm and someone has to decide. What is it? Can it wait until morning? Who do I call? What do I tell the tenant right now?
fixRAgent answers that from one photo. You get a Triage Profile:
• What it is
• How urgent: Emergency, Today, This week or Whenever
• Which trade to call
• What to tell the tenant, already written
You still decide who goes. It doesn't book anyone, and it doesn't replace your maintenance people.
Each unit gets a QR sticker. Tenants scan it and send a photo, no app. Every request lands in one queue on your phone.
Building software for property managers? There's an API, and a free key gives you 60 requests a day.
One thing we were careful about. When a tenant's report mentions a gas leak, sparking or smoke, flooding, or no heat, written rules set a minimum urgency. The model can raise it. It doesn't lower it.
Try it on a photo of your own. Then tell us where it's wrong.
