fixRAgent is a visual intelligence engine for physical assets. Stop guessing at the hardware store or losing manuals. Snap a photo of any appliance, mower, or mechanical failure. Our custom computer vision instantly identifies the exact model to pull verified OEM manuals, map visual components to exact replacement SKUs, and generate dynamic, step-by-step repair and operating SOPs. It’s a digital twin and master-manual for your home, garage, or rentals. Scan the problem. Own the fix.

Hey Hunters! 👋 I’m Ali, the maker of fixRAgent.
As an industrial manufacturer and real estate investor, I learned that the biggest hidden tax of property ownership isn't just the repair bills—it's the mental load. Where is the manual? What’s the exact SKU for this mower blade? How do I safely prime this specific pump?
Generic AI hallucinates part numbers and gives dangerous mechanical advice. I wanted precision. So, I built a custom computer vision pipeline that identifies model plates, hardware, and physical geometry to instantly provide:
⚙️ Verified SKUs: Maps visuals to exact replacement parts with direct buy-links so you never guess at the hardware store.
📚 Instant Manuals: Pulls exact OEM manuals and schematics for your specific model.
🛠️ Dynamic SOPs: Generates step-by-step operating and repair procedures.
It’s a digital twin and master-manual for your home, garage, and rentals.
I’d love your feedback on the asset identification logic! Drop a weird appliance or tool into the engine and let me know if it pulls the right manual and parts.

I tested this out and had zero issues fixing my plumbing under my sink. It was a light leak that was easily fixable with the help of this app. Is this used just for home repairs or are there other services that this can diagnose?

@jenna_heritier Dealing with those light leaks is exactly why I wanted to build this.
Right now, we are laser-focused on home repairs and DIY (basically anything with a part number or a manual), but the goal is to expand into cars, lawn equipment, and even heavy machinery. If it’s got a model plate and it can break, I want fixRAgent to be able to diagnose it.
What else should we add to the list? If you have something specific in mind that’s always breaking, let me know!

As someone who spends all day working with industrial machinery and tooling, I tend to be very skeptical of using AI tools in real world application. Most of them are just chat bots. But I tested the vision logic on this with a 15-year-old model, and it pulled the OEM spec sheet and the exact part number in a matter of seconds. The SOP’s that it put out, are accurate and impressive. This is a serious utility you tool with massive potential, including the landlord triage.

@william_johnson27 We really wanted to make sure the vision logic held up to the standards of actual trade professionals, so hearing that it passed your test means a lot. Let me know if you run into any parts it can't identify.

@ali_johnson1 is the app holding up? The vision system looks great!
Hey William! The vision system is holding up great so far. We’ve been putting the computer vision pipeline through its paces today, and the response time for identifying hardware and model plates has been solid.
We actually built this specifically because generic AI tends to hallucinate part numbers, which is dangerous in a mechanical setting. Seeing it correctly identify physical geometry and SKUs in real-time is the best part of the launch for us.
Have you had a chance to run any specific parts or equipment through it yet? I’d love to know what you think of the accuracy
