FinderGit 0.9.0 is out, and it's about disk space:
• Maintenance tab — a plain-language report of where each repo's Git data goes: packs, loose objects, undo history
• One-click Optimize — safe housekeeping, your undo history stays intact
• Deep Clean — maximum reclaim with full control (your stashes are kept by default). One test repo went from 23.9 MB to 2.2 MB
• Size column — every repo's Git footprint at a glance, sortable
• Plus a redesigned Settings window

@mario_wissa thanks Mario! that’s exactly the idea — git gc and git prune are powerful but nobody remembers the flags. one button, same result, stashes safe. have you tried it on any of your repos? curious how much space it actually reclaims in the wild
