How are you checking whether AI recommends you?

Practical question, not a tooling pitch.

When you want to know whether ChatGPT or Perplexity mentions your product to a buyer, what do you actually do? Type the question in yourself and eyeball it? Run something on a schedule? Not look at all yet?

I ask because of something we found running this at scale (data in a separate thread here): asking the same buyer question twice returns a different top brand about half the time when web search is on. So a single manual check doesn't just undersample, it can mislead. You might be recommended and never see it, or see yourself once and assume you're safe.

Curious what everyone else's workflow is, especially anyone doing it by hand. What made you start checking, and what did you do with what you found?
