Hey Product Hunt — I'm Luke Davidson, the solo founder behind Financial Intelligence Service. I built FIS because most retail investors are forced into a bad trade-off: either use basic free apps that oversimplify everything, or wrestle with expensive, professional-grade platforms that are powerful but overwhelming. I wanted something in the middle — a tool that gives everyday investors a serious view of a stock, but in language that actually makes sense. FIS scores every stock from 0 to 100 using valuation, growth, profitability, momentum, and dividend factors, then combines that with tools like a screener, watchlist, portfolio simulation, stock comparison, market overview, management team data, and a personal AI daily brief. It covers both ASX and US markets, which mattered to me because a lot of retail tools still feel too US-centric. This has been a solo build, and the goal was never to make investing feel flashy — it was to make research feel clearer, faster, and less intimidating. FIS is currently in open beta, and anyone from the Product Hunt community can sign up and get 30 days of Pro free. If you try it, I'd genuinely love your feedback. If something feels confusing, shallow, or unnecessary, tell me. That kind of feedback is exactly what will make the product better. If you give me genuinely useful feedback, I'll extend your trial.
