We spent $800/month collecting feedback manually. I’ll be honest, our feedback collection process was a mess. Support was dumping Slack messages into a spreadsheet, product team was just picking the loudest complaints, and there was basically no structure around what actually mattered.
The issue was never lack of feedback. We had more than enough. We just couldn’t connect the dots.
We tried the usual stuff first. Typeform, Google Sheets, even some Slack bots. Nothing really worked long term. Because collecting feedback wasn’t the hard part. Understanding it was.
