Congrats on the launch ! I have some awkward moments trying to explain the "extra guest " bot to a confused client . Being able to get notes without that visual distraction is awesome.
Does audio only mode still handle speaker separation as well as the bot did ?

I really love fathom, i am scared of not seeing the fathom bot notetaker in a 4hr+ meeting i hope is recording!
@fabian_toledo Fabian, we hear you - the bot is a reassuring presence in a long meeting! The good news is you can still use bot capture in Fathom 3.0, so no need to give up that peace of mind if you prefer it that way 😊
The bot-free move makes sense, people really don't want a third party sitting in their calls. One thing I kept wondering with tools like Fathom is whether the notes-after workflow is enough or if there's value in the real-time layer too. I use livesuggest.ai for that part, suggestions during the call itself, no bot either, browser only. The two feel complementary honestly.
Fathom has been my go-to meeting recorder and note taker since I first came across it in 2023. I've tried others, but Fathom has my heart.
The new features will make the tool I love even more amazing. Can't wait!

Its great! I work with it everyday. The notes are quick, videos are recorded forever. I feel like the search feature can be improved, the "download transcript" button can be improved (a file with transcript and timestamps), and the UI can also be improved (I want to be able to hide sections, and have the sidebar flexible so i can make the video larger/smaller as I please). 9.5/10! highly recommended.. it just needs a bit of improvement.

FANTASTIC product, I keep being amazed at how accurately is captures and the search options are phenomenal. Support for non profits is top tier. Very grateful, I rave about them every time an external asks about the AI note-taker I am using. Deserve all the praise!
