Fathom - Never take notes on a Zoom call again

Fathom is a huge time-saver! After a day full of sales calls, remembering all of the important details from each prospect is almost impossible, not to mention the time spent manually taking notes and entering them into Salesforce. With more and more of us working remotely, the majority of my meetings take place on Zoom - I'd highly recommend adding Fathom to your tool stack to automate your note-taking and give you more time back in the busy work day.

It's intuitive and easy to use, and as far as I can tell so far free to use : ) . I'm likely not using it's full functionality but as a low maintenance, reliable call recording software it's been a huge help for our team.

It has the potential to be a standard process for compressing any meeting down to it's essential elements which saves time for everyone. Like when you check NFL scores and realize they have a version of the game which is like 15 minutes long versus watching the entire game.

Been using for two weeks now. Works very well. Super fast at transcription (notes ready within a few minutes). Pretty accurate at transcription (better than Alexa at understanding). Saves me a ton of time in taking notes during the meeting, and allows me to focus on the discussion, not note taking. Also integrates with SFDC so automatically adds to notes in SFDC for any prospects who are on the call.

I came across Fathom on Zoom's App Marketplace, and it has been one of the best products that I have ever used. Fathom is an incredible tool that supercharges my meetings. As a product manager, it is essential for me to gather information, follow up with technical questions, and relay information to other departments and team members. With Fathom, I have reduced at least two hours of manual note typing. Not only the transcription feature, but also the great integration aspects (i.e. Slack) has been a life-saver for my team and transferring knowledge. If you haven't tried it out, try it!!! Fathom is the BEST way to take notes during a call. Noting tasks, feedback, and marking other important minutes is a breeze. All this with the ability to share with internal and external stakeholders. Fathom is great!
