Fathom - Never take notes on a Zoom call again

Fathom has quickly taken over my life and has become my essential tool for day to day business. Working as a Salesforce Architect and Instructor, meeting notes and accurate transcription is crucial and takes up hours of my time each week. But with Fathom, I shave off 2 hours daily not having to go over previous calls or trying to search for a conversation that was buried in the call. If you're not using Fathom yet but you're using Zoom - then you're making a huge mistake.

I’ve been using the free Fathom note-taking app for all my Zoom calls for months now, and it has been such a game changer for me. Creating video highlight clips click from customer calls has really brought my persona interviews to life, and auto-generating call summaries has made tracking action items so much easier. I’m easily on 5 calls a day, and relying on Fathom for my note-taking has made my life so much easier! I actually can’t believe it’s free.

I love this product. Takes away the stress of note taking so that you can focus on the person you're engaging with. You won't miss a thing and it's easy to share with others. Love that you can share just the recording without personal notes, in case your lead asks to share the recording.

Fathom has been a game changer for our team on multiple fronts. I'm sure like many others 2020 found us hitting our storage limits with Zoom and our Sales and CS reps did not have a simple system to share calls between depts. Additionally, logging calls after the fact is time consuming and was often missed on the CS side. Fathom has allowed us to take detailed notes, share snippets of calls with teammates and managers and even allows us to share direct links to the product team when feedback comes in. From a support perspective, the Fathom team has been open to our feedback on what would make Fathom work better for us and we've seen so many improvements for what was already a great product. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, reliable, productivity boost for your teams.
