Hi everyone, my name is Pedro. I’ve built a tool to help mostly tech guys such as developers and engineers on getting a job or at least secure a job interview more easily and quickly. I started building this tool because my gf runs a recruitment/reallocation agency and was spending a lot of time tailoring each customer’s resume to match the job positions they were applying for. And it really worked! After sending a few emails and job applications, our candidates began receiving interviews invitations and job offers. So basically this tool takes the customer’s resume and the job description of the position they want to apply for, then generates a new, tailored resume with matching keywords, so this helps the customer become one of the top candidates for that position. It’s pretty straightforward. As a SWE, I tried to deploy this tool to prod so I could share it with others and make it public.
