Two years in the making - FanBase launches tomorrow

Hi everyone,

A bit of backstory first. For two years we built fan apps for esports teams like Team Liquid and G2. They worked, but the model always relied on getting fans to leave their socials and sign up somewhere new, and most people never did. We were helping teams grow huge audiences, then watching most of that attention slip away.

So we flipped it. Instead of pulling people off socials, we built FanBase to work where the audience already is.

FanBase is an AI platform that helps creators and brands turn followers into customers, on the platforms they already use:

• DM automation, turning a comment into an instant DM with a link, offer or code.

• Shared inbox and social CRM, every comment, DM and mention in one place, each with a profile that builds itself so a team knows who they're talking to.

• AI Copilot, an agent that learns a brand's voice, monitors their socials, flags the messages worth answering, and drafts replies for approval.

The part we're proudest of is the proactiveness of our AI Copilot. It doesn't wait for prompts or workflows, it learns from everything happening across a creator's socials and acts proactively, like the best marketer who never logs off.
