One football match, three times to keep track of. How would you organize it?

Hi everyone... I’m building Familia, and here’s an example family planning scenario that captures what I’m trying to make easier.

Our little one has a football match in another town on Saturday:

- The match runs from 3–5 pm.

- The team meets the coach at 2 pm.

- I’m driving him, so we need to leave at 1 pm.

You could put all three into Google Calendar as separate events, true. That works for recording the times, but the connection between them - and who’s responsible for getting him there - still needs to be kept clear.

In Familia, I organize this as one Match plan with two scheduled entries: the match itself and the meetup with the coach. My responsibility to drive him at 1 pm is linked to that plan.

How would your family organize this today? Would it all go in the calendar, or would some of it live in messages or someone’s head?
