The idea came from a simple frustration: before buying a product, I often had to spend hours reading reviews across YouTube, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, forums, and social media. Many reviews felt biased, sponsored, or focused only on hype.
Faktaproduk attempts to solve this by aggregating and analyzing user reviews, complaints, and experiences from multiple sources to help consumers separate claims from reality before making a purchase decision.
