Free vs Paid - what’s the roadmap?

I want to share how I'm thinking about free vs paid.

Expressed will go live this week with almost no differences between free and pro - with pro you just remove a watermark, that's it. You might ask why no real pro differentiator? The answer is: I'm looking for validation - I want the app to reach as many different people & perspectives that it can.

I can already see some future free vs pro differentiation - e.g. pro could be :

• ability to change pen colors

• different movie quality export options

• laser / disappearing ink tool

• perhaps even running your own relay (the bit that allows QR code connections + avoids all the networking headaches)

With that in mind; I'd like to hear your opinions and feedback - there is so much more that can be done with this idea! Is it useful, did you have any aha! moments?
