EverShelf - Self-hosted pantry manager with IoT smart scale support

I’m the creator of EverShelf, and I’m thrilled to share it with you all today! The project started from a personal frustration: "Pantry Amnesia." I was constantly buying things I already had or finding expired food hidden in the back of my fridge. I tried several apps, but most felt like simple grocery lists. I wanted something more—a dedicated system for my kitchen. Why I built EverShelf: Kiosk Mode: I wanted a UI designed specifically for an "always-on" tablet on my kitchen counter. IoT Integration: As a tech enthusiast, I added support for digital scales to track inventory by weight in real-time. Self-Hosted & Privacy: I believe our home data should stay in our homes.
