We built eventKB after seeing how stressful and fragmented event planning can be — especially in our local context. Most organizers were juggling WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual lists just to manage invitations, track contributions, and confirm attendance. Important messages were missed, contributions were hard to track, and event-day coordination often became chaotic. We wanted to solve one core problem: how do you bring everything into one simple, reliable system that actually works in real-world events? So we started building eventKB as an all-in-one platform — combining invitations, guest management, contribution tracking, QR check-ins, and real-time monitoring into a single experience. Our approach evolved a lot during development. Initially, we focused only on digital invitations, but quickly realized that organizers needed much more — especially tools for confirmation, follow-ups, and on-ground execution. That’s when we introduced features like QR scanning, automated notifications, and even support for event teams. We also paid close attention to how people actually communicate — especially through mobile and WhatsApp — and built around that behavior instead of forcing new habits. This launch is just the beginning. We’re continuing to refine the product based on real user feedback and aiming to make eventKB the go-to platform for running events smoothly, from start to finish.
