Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Mujeebu Rahman from the WebToffee team, and today we're launching EU Order Withdrawal Button for WooCommerce. The problem: From June 19, 2026, EU Directive 2023/2673 requires every online store that sells to EU consumers to offer an online withdrawal function. Customers must be able to cancel as easily as they bought. A policy PDF in the footer or "just email us" no longer counts. Store owners suddenly needed a clearly labelled button, a two-step confirmation, and an acknowledgement email, and WooCommerce has none of this out of the box. What we built: ✅ A "Request Withdrawal" button in My Account, shown only during the withdrawal window ✅ Withdrawal of a full order or individual items ✅ Guest withdrawals with email verification, so no login is needed ✅ A two-step confirmation and an instant acknowledgement email ✅ An admin dashboard to filter, approve, or reject requests, with a full activity log ✅ A SHA-256 receipt hash on every request for record-keeping ✅ Product exclusions, footer link, shortcode, and WPML support The core legal features are free on WordPress.org. Premium adds automatic refunds and restocking, EU geo-targeting, a withdrawal policy page generator, and WooCommerce Subscriptions support. Since the June launch, it's grown to 1,000+ active installs with a 5-star rating, and many of the improvements came from merchant feedback. We'd love your thoughts: what's missing, and what would make compliance easier for your store? I'll be here all day answering questions. 🙌
