@alex_lavrin thank you for the feedback. Indeed, the data quality and reliability is one of the key focus points for us in building EpsiQuire platform. We've been using other platforms before and got involved in a number of transactions where Shopify apps were sold/bought. End of the day, the full due diligence is being done outside of the marketplace where the initial match has happened but having that clarity of the data/metrics you're looking at from the outset is super helpful.

@jonnywired thank you Jon, we've listened to Shopify community members who complained about other platforms becoming too complex and expensive yet not always being able to resurface the relevant data layers given their generic approach. Having more of a niche platform dedicated to helping Shopify apps' and Shopify stores' owners get their assets sold/acquired should solve some of those problems.

As a solopreneur who tried and built a shoify app, but can not manage it due to daytime job, it intrigued me:)
@bozkurt_turan_yigit absolutely, it's not as easy to create and promote a Shopify app these days (certainly not as easy as it used to be before). Having the ability to acquire a business that already generates revenue so you can focus on the improvement and optimization of already working business model past the PMF stage with a clearly identified GTM is a blessing.
