We built ePages after noticing how frustrating it is to find reliable businesses in Pakistan online. That’s where the idea of a human-curated directory came in. Instead of relying purely on automated listings, we focus on quality and depth. Every business on ePages isn’t just a name and phone number — we create a detailed ~500-word article for each listing, highlighting the company’s background, services, strengths, and value proposition. This helps users truly understand a business before reaching out, rather than relying on incomplete or generic information. The core problem we’re solving is trust and discoverability. Users need a reliable way to find the right service without wasting time, and businesses need a credible platform to be seen. ePages bridges that gap by combining human curation, rich content, and structured data, making listings both user-friendly and search-engine friendly. Our approach evolved significantly during development. We started with a basic directory model, but quickly realized that automation alone leads to clutter and low-quality results. So we shifted toward curated listings, in-depth content, better categorization (city, category, keywords), and strong SEO foundations like schema and internal linking to ensure every listing is both trustworthy and discoverable.
