Hi Product Hunt! I'm Eric Vanular. 👋 Right now, if you want to find a job that’s climate-friendly, it isn’t really clear how to go about that. You could specifically look for environmentally focused companies individually and keep checking their site to see if they are hiring. But that’s tedious and it’s easy to miss new postings. Conventional job boards don’t have a good way of filtering for this. Enviro.Work is the place to come find them in one spot. Any time I’ve been job hunting, I’ve thought of how nice it would be to be able to integrate my work life with my desire to do something about climate change. Hopefully, this makes it easier for us all to just that. I'd love to know what you think or if you have any ideas that could improve Enviro.Work’s usefulness. I’ll try to improve it using your feedback. Thanks!

What a nice idea! You often find job websites focused on NGOs, but not that much on environmentally-focused companies. Will definitely use your platform.

Congrats on the launch! Giving people an easy pathway to contributing toward climate change solutions is so important. Some questions if you're able to share: * How do you source your jobs? * Do you have a business model? I created climatescape.org and we've been planning to aggregate climate jobs. Perhaps there's an opportunity for us to partner!

@bloudermilk Thanks! Totally agree, it's hard to figure out how to help combat climate change. That's one of the reasons I built the community at https://collective.energy At this point, many of the jobs are sourced manually which is time-consuming but we're hoping that they'll start to get posted here organically. Some are aggregated from external paid sites, with attribution provided back to those pages. The plan for monetization is to build up a mailing list for those who want jobs delivered straight to them. We'd like to have sponsors featured in those mailings. There's also a small token charge to post a new job on Enviro.Work, partially to keep spammers out. Would love to find a way to partner!
