Enhance-d - The exercise app for the diabetes community

If you could bottle exercise, it would probably be the most prescribed "medicine" in the world. We tried to make physical activity a little bit easier to manage for people with diabetes, who face extra challenges when trying to engage in a more active lifestyle as part of their diabetes management. Here's how we did it: STEP 1: Integrate all the data streams from diabetes technology (CGMs, Insulin devices), wearables and commonly used lifestyle apps that track physical activity, nutrition and sleep. STEP 2: Make that data easier to understand and use. It should help, not confuse! STEP 3: Build the Community. Diabetes is a complex condition to manage and many people feel overwhelmed and alone when trying to navigate its complexity. Having a place where you can share you journey and lean on the support of others can make a huge difference. STEP 4: Provide guidance. Our team is made up of exercise physiologists that have supported people with diabetes for many years. We are trying to bring that support to as many people as possible! If you (or someone you know) are currently living with diabetes, we'd love for you to try it and give us your thoughts!

As someone living with Type 1 Diabetes, this product is extremely close to my... pancreas (and my heart too, of course)! I've been longing for years to see glucose, steps, and activity data combined in such an engaging and insightful way. Enhance-d has not only made this a reality but also built a supportive community around it. What excites me even more is the next steps... Widening the scope, uncovering deeper patterns and trends, and delivering bite-sized, easy-to-understand insights alongside valuable education.
