Employee Adventure - HR management tool for small/medium companies

Congratulations @ioansolovastru on launching Employee Adventure on Product Hunt. Not many HR management tools are aimed at small businesses, so it's great that you're providing this valuable resource. 🚀 Some WOW points 🤩 1. The app design looks great! 2. I like the addition of team & individual goals and the profiles for employees. 3. Being able to see colleagues’ birthdays/anniversaries on the platform is a nice touch. Some Observations/Questions 👀 1. At first, I couldn't understand the difference between the Startup and Standard plans, but I realized that the Startup and Standard plans are different in the number of users they allow. The Standard plan is more expensive because it allows for more employees, but the features remain the same. The way it is currently set up, it doesn't make sense for you to continue offering your product at the current price. Unless you are planning to add more features to your Tier-2 plan, the cost per user will eventually go down and so should the price per user. 2. This could also have an impact on your enterprise sales. When any enterprise lands on your pricing page, they might think that you’re charging more for the same features in your Tier-2 plan. And because they would bring a lot of users with them, you would then charge even more from them. I hope my feedback was helpful.
