Hey everyone 👋 I built Ember because I kept telling myself “just 5 minutes”… and losing hours. I didn’t want another blocker app - they never worked for me long-term. So I tried a different approach: awareness instead of restriction. Something that gently catches you in the moment and reminds you why you wanted to stop. It started as a personal experiment, but it actually changed how I use my phone - so I decided to share it.
