Which email flow do you know you should be sending, and aren't?

Genuine question. I keep meeting operators with a warm list, a good offer, and no abandoned-cart flow. Or a welcome series that's one email long and just stops.

If that's you — which one is it, and what's actually stopping you? The time, the build, or not knowing what email 3 is supposed to say?

Asking because I've been building for exactly this.

the one I keep putting off is the win-back flow for accounts that went quiet. we have decent onboarding and a normal weekly digest, but nothing that actually targets someone who logged in a bunch in month one and then just stopped. it's not really a time or build problem for us, it's that email 1 of a win-back sequence forces you to admit something didn't land for that person, and it's tempting to just not look at that number. easier to write the tenth "here's a new feature" email to active users than the one email asking a quiet account what went wrong
