I've been a member of elpha for quite some time now.My most favorite community, such helpful members, any question you ask, someone out there will be ready to jump in with valuable inputs, infact, out of the box ideas, totally different perspective, overall it's a great place. I've seen the list of great companies elpha partners with, the readiness elpha's talent acquisition team have, just great. Many congratulations on the launch Team Elpha!

Hi - Good point! The profile creation flow will definitely evolve with time, data and feedback. For this v1, the Talent Pool profile is created once you click “Save & Continue” on the first page. Then, you can come back to pick up where you left off at any time from: Thanks for the feedback! 🙂
