Ella - Your in-house ESG Assistant

Over the past few years at Futureproof, we’ve worked with 100+ companies on sustainability, carbon measurement, and B Corp certification. Through that work we kept seeing the same challenge again and again. Sustainability teams rarely spend most of their time on sustainability. A huge amount of time goes into things like: Collecting ESG data from different teams Cleaning and organising spreadsheets Preparing reports and frameworks Answering repeated questions from leadership or stakeholders In other words, a lot of the work sits around the impact rather than actually driving it. That’s why we built Ella. Ella is an AI Sustainability Agent designed to act like an in-house ESG assistant. The goal is to help automate a lot of the operational work that slows sustainability teams down. Things like: Collecting and organising ESG data Structuring messy information into something usable Generating reports and answering internal questions Highlighting gaps against frameworks like B Corp The idea is simple: reduce the operational overhead so teams can spend more time on the work that actually improves sustainability.
