Hey everyone, I’m Raj Malhotra, one of the founders. I built Eliminate Context after watching a major brand’s support bot thank a customer for a sarcastic insult. It was painful to watch, but it proved that "keyword counting" is dead. We realized that to understand a comment, you first need to understand what the comment is about.
