Why education needs better operational software

byโ€ข
Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹

Iโ€™m launching Eduvyra today because education teams still spend too much time managing daily operations through spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, paper forms, and disconnected tools.

Schools, colleges, coaching centers, training institutes, and online academies are complex organizations with people, processes, trust, payments, communication, learning, and accountability happening every day.

A lot of software in this space still feels either too narrow, too outdated, or too tied to one type of institution. I wanted Eduvyra to be an education management platform that helps institutions run with more clarity, structure, and visibility.

AI products are everywhere right now, and many of them are exciting. But I believe AI becomes truly useful in education only when the underlying operations and data are clean. Eduvyra starts with that foundation.

My long-term vision is to build an operating system for education businesses, and then expand into smarter workflows such as inter-institution communication, events, AI-assisted learning support, academic insights, and stronger teacher-student engagement.

Iโ€™d love feedback from educators, founders, school owners, institute operators, and anyone who has seen how messy education operations can become.

@juno5 Managing educational operations through disconnected tools is a massive headache for administrative teams. Eduvyra looks like a much-needed foundation! Love the roadmap towards smarter workflows and academic insights. Are there any specific integrations youโ€™re prioritizing first to replace the standard 'spreadsheet + WhatsApp' routine?

@tehreem_fatima5ย Thanks Tehreem ๐Ÿ™Œ That's exactly what we're trying to solve. Right now we're focused on bringing administrative tasks and parent communication into one place so institutions can move away from the spreadsheet + WhatsApp routine. Integrations around payments, messaging and other workflows are definitely on the roadmap. But we're also exploring practical AI workflows like teacher workload assistance, AI-assisted lesson planning, topic-based learning support, mock exams, and academic insights. Longer term, we're interested in enabling collaboration and knowledge sharing across institutions as well.
