I’m the maker of EduLock — built from a very personal problem. Like many parents, I was struggling with excessive screen time and mobile gaming. Blocking apps completely just led to arguments, and time limits alone didn’t help build good habits. So I built EduLock: an Android app that locks selected apps and unlocks them only after the child solves a simple learning (math) question. The idea is to replace force with learning and habit-building.
