Hey everyone! I'm the maker of Echosy. I built this because I was in back-to-back meetings and kept missing action items. I tried a bunch of transcription tools but they all upload your audio somewhere — some of my meetings are NDA'd so that wasn't going to work. My Mac has a perfectly good GPU sitting there, so I figured — why not just run the AI locally? Started with just real-time transcription and auto-summary. Then I kept adding things — dictation, file transcription, vocabulary customization, multi-format exports. Now I use it every day and even optimised to intel mac with smaller model.
