Indie SaaS and digital product makers: where do you get discovered?
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Ayesha, a solo founder from Bangladesh, and I'm launching dropanda here on Product Hunt this Tuesday, October 6.
The problem I kept running into: building a SaaS or a digital product is the easy part. Getting people to find it is hard.
So I built dropanda, a free discovery platform for indie SaaS tools and digital products (templates, ebooks, courses, UI kits, AI prompts).
- List for free, with no commission and no checkout on our side
- Visitors click straight through to your site or store (Gumroad, Payhip, Lemon Squeezy, Stan Store, your own domain)
- Upvote, search and filter by hashtag
- Optional: bid from $2 for a top-5 Creator Spotlight spot, or sponsor a banner or sidebar slot
It's early. I seeded the first listings myself, so I'd love your honest feedback before launch day:
1. Where do you currently get your SaaS or digital product discovered, and what works best?
2. What would make you list on a site like this?
3. What would make you not bother?
I'll reply to every comment. Thank you! 🐼
