dreamclerk - Real job at your browser

by
I'm building DreamClerk (dreamclerk.com) — a career simulation where you apply, get AI-interviewed, ship real code in a browser IDE, and leave with a cryptographically signed work record instead of a certificate. The problem: freshers can't get hired without experience, can't get experience without being hired. Courses give you diplomas. Recruiters want signal — did you ship under pressure? Did you debug code you didn't write? Brutal feedback welcome

I graduated surrounded by people who couldn't get hired — not because they were lazy, but because the gap between what colleges teach and what a first job actually requires is enormous. Fresher roles expect you to read a ticket, write production-level code, handle a PR review, and ship. Nobody taught us any of that. I watched smart people fail screening rounds not from lack of intelligence but lack of exposure. They'd never worked in a real codebase. Never gotten feedback on their code from someone who wasn't their professor. That's why I built DreamClerk. Not another course. Not another certificate. A place where you do the actual job first — so when you walk into an interview, you've already done it once.
