Dream and Trip, from idea to memory. You start with: where you're going, who's coming, your pace and interests. The AI generates a day-by-day itinerary with real places on an interactive map, and everything is editable. Regenerate a day, drag things around, add your own finds. Each trip is modular, so you only turn on what you need: flights, accommodation, reservations, documents, checklists, journal, group chat. Invite your travel companions and everyone sees the same plan.

I built Dream and Trip because planning a trip always meant the same mess: an AI chat for ideas, a spreadsheet for the budget, Google Maps tabs everywhere, bookings buried in email, and a WhatsApp group where every decision went to die. Nothing connected the dream phase to the travel phase to the remember phase. Everything is editable: drag, drop, add your own finds. 🗺️ Everything in one place Each trip is modular — turn on only what you need: flights (with a comparator that scores combinations for your group), accommodation, reservations, documents, checklists, a travel journal, and group chat. Traveling with friends? Invite them in; everyone sees the same plan. 💶 Budgets that don't ruin friendships Track expenses in any currency, split them fairly, and settle up with the minimum number of transfers. The math is tested so nobody argues over who owes €4.37. ✈️ Works where you travel It's a PWA: save a trip for offline and your itinerary, bookings and documents work on the plane or in that alley with no signal. Plus an AI travel assistant that knows your trip and answers "what should we do tomorrow morning near the hotel?" 📸 And when you're back This is my favorite part: turn photos and videos into a Recap — the AI writes your trip's story, and you get a beautiful public page to share with anyone. Trips shouldn't end when the flight lands.

The interactive map view is a nice touch, makes it easy to spot what areas you're packing each day with. Also loved being able to just turn off the modules I don't care about, kept everything clean.

Tried it for a weekend in Lisbon and the day-by-day map view actually felt useful, not gimmicky. Love that I could drag my own spots in without breaking the flow.

Finally tried this and the interactive map view is genuinely useful for plotting out a multi-city trip with my partner. Love that you can drag stops around without redoing the whole day.

how does the ai pick which places to include, is it pulling from something like google maps or its own database?

 You have a module called "places of interest" where you can record the places you would like to visit. The AI ​​will read these places and create an itinerary based on them; if you don't have any places or only have 1 or 2, it will suggest some.
