Congrats on the launch, Dots team! Happy customer over here :)
thank you so much Alex! Appreciated all the feedback you gave us as we built out the first version to support complex approval flow for MetaAngels Discord!
thank you so much for your support! This means so much to us!
thanks so much Alex! The whole Meta Angels community team was instrumental in helping us shape the product. So grateful!
So good! We’ve been using it on our discord server at Orange DAO and it’s been super helpful in improving our onboarding flow! 🧡🧡🧡
amazing Orange DAO has provided such great feedback along the way, thank you!
Thanks for the thoughts! Can't wait to help automate more things at Orange DAO!
I've been super impressed with the Dots product and team so far. I haven't been able to find any comparable tools out there for managing a Discord community. excited to see where the product goes!
thanks so much for the kind words Jay, and please keep the feedback coming!
Thanks Jay! Besides the use case you had mentioned about conditionals only when someone post on channels, curious if you have any other feature requests?
I'm a big fan of DOTS and the DOTS team! With highly skilled builders, they're able to make a lot of your dream Discord automations happen. We've been able to use the DOTS integration to create automation for many of what were manual processes on our Discord.
Thank you for the feedback! Looking forward to improving the product such that the level of customization helps automate more tasks
check this out. Can be used in our Discord community
hey y’all, good to meet you! Would love to have you both take dots for a spin :) you can join our Discord server too for a quick demo!
Thanks for tagging! Is this for the Brew Money Discord? And what aspect resonated the most here? (btw just tried to check out your Discord from the home page but got an invalid link fyi)
yes for Brew. Currently, it's a closed group. Thanks for pointing out the website bug. We always wanted insights into community engagement. I think Abhilash is already using a tool..he will be able to respond better
sounds good!
Congratulations on the launch🎉🎉
thanks!
thank you!! Give us a shot if you have a discord :)
I love automation canvases, and I love chatbots! This is a delight! :D
thanks!
amazing, thank you for your support 🙏🏽
Thanks! looking forward to implement new use cases to our templates!
Have been using Dots for about 8 months, and it's been a blast collaborating with the team to bring the best community experience to our growing ecosystem!
Thank you Nick for the feedback. We have enjoyed getting all the feedback from you and the Quicknode team, and appreciated all the patience as we fixed all the bugs!
one of the OGs, your support has been absolutely invaluable Nicky! 🙌🏽
First of all, love the guys at Dots! Their willingness to receive feedback and iterate with status updates was integral to the integration of their product to the slack community I ran. I mostly used the bulk messaging, automated onboarding, and viewed low hanging fruit insights to our community. highly recommend!
Thank you so much for all the feedback you gave us in the early days! Also, the session on community management in general were helpful for us to learn more about the space.
hanks so much for your support and I’m so glad we got to meet IRL at CMX Hub this year :)
Very interesting - helps Discord becomes a bit more viable for large groups. Large community group platforms don't really have a great platform solution yet, imo, and need apps like this to take them a step closer. Thoughts?
totally agreed! People end up getting lost in large communities and it’s hard to guide people through certain processes and campaigns at scale. That’s where we’re moving the needle!
Another thing is instantaneous nature + the fact that so many people use Discord already - it makes it accessible to a lot of people. Something about chat is just a better version to communicate than forums for certain types of conversations & connections
