👋 Hey Product Hunt! I'm Nice, founder of Dora. We built Dora Cell because most businesses still run customer calls through personal phones, random SIM cards, or disconnected VoIP tools, no records, no accountability, no follow-up. A call happens and then it's just... gone. Dora Cell turns every call into structured business data: who called, who answered, what was said, what the outcome was, and what should happen next. Under the hood it's: 📞 Real local/international phone numbers, live in minutes, no telco contracts 👥 Team calling with agents, queues, and fallback so you never lose a call 🎙️ Recording + full searchable call history 🤖 AI transcription and outcome detection on every call (sale, complaint, follow-up needed…) ⚡ Automations that push call outcomes into your CRM 🧩 An embeddable SDK; so if you're building a product that needs calling, you don't have to build telephony from scratch That last one is what we're most excited about: Dora Cell isn't just a dashboard; it's calling infrastructure you can drop into your own app with per-app API keys and session tokens. Would love your feedback, especially from anyone who's dealt with the pain of scattered business calls or built (or avoided building) telephony into a product before. Happy to answer anything in the comments today!

the way the whole flow is just one click is honestly kind of impressive, you can tell the team thought hard about cutting out every unnecessary step

honestly the one click sync sounds great but it would help a lot if you added automatic retry for failed deliveries with smart backoff. sometimes our carrier APIs just hiccup and losing an order in that window is basically the worst case scenario

Dora's call routing actually understands context, not just menus. The SDK was painless to drop into my side project.

The real phone numbers thing is genuinely useful, and getting voice calling into my app with the SDK took maybe ten minutes. Call insights picked up on a few patterns I hadn't noticed in my support logs.
