honestly the one click sync sounds great but it would help a lot if you added automatic retry for failed deliveries with smart backoff. sometimes our carrier APIs just hiccup and losing an order in that window is basically the worst case scenario
Dora's call routing actually understands context, not just menus. The SDK was painless to drop into my side project.
The real phone numbers thing is genuinely useful, and getting voice calling into my app with the SDK took maybe ten minutes. Call insights picked up on a few patterns I hadn't noticed in my support logs.
