'AI-native GTM' is a phrase I keep seeing, can anyone explain what it means in practice?
Every platform in the GTM space is describing itself as AI-native right now.
From what I can tell, the phrase means at least three different things depending on who is using it:
1. The product was built with AI features from the start instead of bolted on later.
2. The product uses AI to generate content and recommendations.
3. The product uses AI to actually execute work across your connected systems.
These are meaningfully different things and they deliver very different outcomes for the team using them.
If you are running a tool that you would genuinely describe as AI-native, what does it actually do differently than a traditional tool with an AI layer? I want to understand what the category looks like from the inside, not from the marketing page.
