As someone who works with large volumes of documents every day, I kept running into the same frustrating problem: finding specific information buried inside dozens or even hundreds of PDFs. Traditional tools require you to open files one by one, scan through pages, and try to piece everything together manually. Even when using LLMs like ChatGPT, you quickly run into context limits and file upload restrictions, which makes working with large document collections slow and inefficient. That frustration is what inspired me to build DocVz (Document Wizard). Instead of treating documents as isolated files, DocVz converts them into a searchable knowledge base using vector embeddings. This allows you to upload an entire collection of documents and simply ask questions. The system retrieves the relevant context and uses AI to generate accurate answers, summaries, and insights.
