This is a proper document workflow engineered for big Finance & Operations departments where AI+OCR helps to get 70-90% of the extraction and human-in-the-loop catches the remaining. It allows human-in-the-loop manual capturing and tracks audit log of the user's actions. This is for big companies who would love some AI/LLM magic, but still has to have fallback protocols and human-in-the-loop checks, and many products out there do not have this UX.

Hi makers! I've worked with many businesses in a highly regulated space who would love AI magic to help them solve 90% of their manual workflow, but still need auditability and human-in-the-loop workflows due to regulatory requirements. Hence embarking on this journey to solve this problem. Many companies focus on accuracy when they evaluate a document scanning solution, but there is absolutely no solution that can reach 100%. The #1 question I always get is "Can I manually correct it?", well of course, and RecaptureOCR gives you the option of drawing bounding boxes around the fields you need, as well as manually correcting field values. I will also be building the integrations in the future, as I would like to have a gauge of what sort of industries would want a solution like this and their preferred channels/modes of integration.
