DocGlance - Upload vendor paperwork. See what's expiring at a glance.

by•
DocGlance helps small businesses keep track of vendor paperwork like licenses, agreements, and insurance certificates. Upload a file, or a whole pile of them, and the AI reads each one, files it under the right vendor, and pulls out the dates and details for you to confirm. No typing. A dashboard shows what's expired, what's expiring soon, and what needs a look.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Anthony, the maker of DocGlance. Vendor paperwork has been part of nearly every job I've had: licenses, agreements, insurance certificates, and the expiry dates that sneak up on you. Nobody enjoys tracking it. Most of my career has been in enterprise environments, where this is a whole process. For a small business it usually means a folder, a spreadsheet, and someone's memory. I built DocGlance so it takes a couple of clicks. You upload a document, or a bunch of them at once. The AI reads each one, files it under the right vendor (creating the vendor if needed), and pulls out the dates and details. You confirm them, and you don't type anything. A dashboard then shows what's expired, what's expiring soon, and what needs a look. It was built in evenings, between three kids, a move to a new house on the farm, and a day job, so it's a small product made by one person. It's free for up to 5 documents, with a $19.99 unlimited subscription option for those who need more. I'd especially like to hear from people who run or work at a small business. My enterprise background means I may be wrong about what you actually need. What would you want that isn't here, and what feels clunky? I have a long list of features I could add, and I'd rather your feedback decide the order than guess. Thanks for taking a look.
