Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m excited to share DMRocket — an omnichannel sales conversational CRM built to help businesses manage customer conversations and turn more of them into revenue. DMRocket brings WhatsApp, Email, Instagram and Webchat into one workspace, so teams can manage conversations without losing customer context between channels. Beyond the unified inbox, DMRocket includes Customer 360, AI assistance, automations, campaigns, bookings, commerce workflows, analytics, and customer support capabilities. The idea behind DMRocket is simple: customers don’t think in channels, so businesses shouldn’t have to manage each customer relationship as a collection of disconnected conversations. We’re actively building and improving DMRocket based on real customer workflows, and I’d love feedback from the Product Hunt community. Thanks for checking it out 🚀

Calling a shared inbox an omnichannel AI CRM is ambitious. It is a neat unified chat. Plus the second a team expects deal stages insted of just unread message threads, the branding will outrun the product)

Fair point - but DMRocket goes well beyond a shared inbox. Customer 360, AI, sales workflows, ticketing, automations, campaigns, bookings, commerce, analytics and support are already part of the platform. Deeper pipeline/deal-stage workflows are also on our roadmap. Would love for you to try it and share your honest feedback 🙌

Will take a look. Point remains pipeline management table stakes for CRM. Putting on roadmap confirms postioning ahead of core tool )

By “deeper pipeline/deal-stage workflows” I meant additional enhancements, not that pipeline functionality is absent.

my mistake on roadmap note. if pipeline tracking already live, real test how native deal management feels next to chat interface. will check
