Anyone else watching AI Overviews eat their organic traffic?

We've spent the last year talking to publishers seeing 30 to 50% organic drops. Same content, same SEO, same team. The traffic is leaking out before it ever lands. Readers are getting the answer upstream, in surfaces the publisher doesn't own, and the article never gets the visit it earned.
